A customer sends a picture of the item on Instagram, and if it can be sourced a 50 percent deposit is paid via Whish Pay to confirm the order. Pre-ordered items take roughly one month because they ship from abroad. The remaining 50 percent is paid cash on delivery. ## Returns and exchanges Anime Haven does not accept general returns or change-of-mind exchanges. Two exceptions apply. An item that arrives damaged is exchanged for a replacement, or refunded if no replacement is available. Clothing can be exchanged for a different size shortly after delivery, provided the requested size is in stock. ## Out-of-stock items Sold-out products show a notify form.
