Shipping & Delivery
Anime Haven delivers anywhere in Lebanon for $5, arriving in 2 to 4 business days. Delivery is free on orders over $50. You can pay the courier in cash when the order arrives, or pay in advance with Whish Pay.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $5 per order to any region of Lebanon. There is no separate charge per item, so the cost is the same whether you order one sticker pack or five hoodies. Orders over $50 ship free automatically, with no code needed.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items arrive within 2 to 4 business days of your order being placed. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Pre-ordered items are different and take about one month, because they ship to us from abroad before going out for delivery.
Which areas of Lebanon do you deliver to?
All of them. Anime Haven delivers nationwide across Lebanon at the same $5 rate, whether you are in Beirut, Tripoli, Saida, Zahle, the Bekaa, the North or the South. We do not currently ship outside Lebanon.
How do I pay for my order?
Two options, both without a credit card. Cash on delivery means you hand the money to the courier when your parcel arrives. Whish Pay lets you send payment in advance. Choose whichever you prefer at checkout.
Do I get anything free with my order?
Yes. Every Anime Haven order includes a free gift, added automatically. You don't need a code and you don't need to hit a minimum spend.
How do I track my order?
Message us on Instagram at @animehaven.lb with your name or order number and we'll tell you exactly where your parcel is.
What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier will contact you to arrange a time that works. If you know a better delivery window in advance, message us on Instagram and we'll pass it on.
