Shipping policy
We deliver across all of Lebanon, from Beirut to Tripoli, Sidon, and everywhere in between.
Shipping Rates
- $5 flat rate for orders under $50
- Free delivery on orders of $50 or more
The rate is the same regardless of order size or location within Lebanon.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days of being placed.
Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as weather or public holidays, may cause minor delays, but we do everything we can to keep things on schedule.
Pre-Ordered Items
Pre-orders are sourced and shipped from abroad, so they take approximately one month to arrive.
If your order contains both regular and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is ready, unless you contact us to arrange separate shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that the delivery address and phone number entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Missing or incorrect details are the most common cause of delivery delays.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Whish Pay, so you can pay when your order arrives or directly during checkout, whichever you prefer.
