All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.

Size Exchanges

We offer exchanges in cases where the item received does not fit, subject to availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

To request an exchange, message us on Instagram at @AnimeHaven.lb within one day of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the size you need. We will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges are limited to sizing only. We are unable to exchange one item for a different item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every order is checked carefully before shipping, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on Instagram at @AnimeHaven.lb within one day of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.

We review each case individually and, if the issue is on our end, we will take full responsibility and arrange appropriate compensation.
